This relish forms part of the original chilli relish trio which are all multiple medal winners. The Extra Hot relish balances sweetness and acidity with the comforting warmth of chilli and zing of ginger. It perfectly compliments a variety of rich meat dishes including lamb, beef and chicken, and really adds a kick to burgers. This delicious relish is also a great accompaniment to cheese.
